Yesterday was rough. I didn't feel well all day so I did no exercise. I stayed with my food diary though and did pretty well calorie wise.

Brekfast:
1 cup special K 120cal.
1/4 Cup fresh blueberrys 21Cal.
1/2 Cup 2% Milk 80Cal.

Total: 221 Cal.

Lunch:

Oven roasted turkey 3 slices 50 Cal.
1 slice colby jack cheese 80 cal.
1/2 cup cottage cheese 110 cal.
7 tortilla chips 140 cal.
Salsa 10ca.
24 oz. bottle of water

Total: 390cal.

Dinner:

6'sub club on wheat 350 cal.

Total: 350 cal.

Evening Snack:
3/4 cup special K granola 190cal.
24oz. bottle of water

Total:
190 cal.


Total Calories for day two:

1151 calories.
