Day three was easier, I felt better and was able to work out. I weighed myself and had lost two pounds so I am ahead of the game for my weight loss. It makes it so much easier to stay to my strict diet when I see results on the scale. It has also made it easier that I can have foods that I like I just stick to the serving size. So far I am staying right around 1000 to 1200 cal. a day.
Breakfast:
3/4 cup special K granola 190
1/2 cup 2% milk 60 cal.
Total 250 cal.
Lunch:
1 med/small apple sliced 57 cal.
1 oz. cheddar cheese in slices 110 cal.
24 oz Water
Total: 167 cal.
Afternoon Snack:
1 Cup low Fat Cottage Cheese 220 cal.
total: 220 cal.
Dinner:
4oz grilled chicken breast 120 cal
1 cup Italian veggies 40 cal
24 oz bottle water
Total: 160 cal.
Evening Snack:
stick of cheese 70 cal.
Daily Total: 867 cal.
It was a good day.
