Day Three

Day three was easier, I felt better and was able to work out. I weighed myself and had lost two pounds so I am ahead of the game for my weight loss. It makes it so much easier to stay to my strict diet when I see results on the scale. It has also made it easier that I can have foods that I like I just stick to the serving size. So far I am staying right around 1000 to 1200 cal. a day.

Breakfast:
3/4 cup special K granola 190
1/2 cup 2% milk 60 cal.
Total 250 cal.

Lunch:
1 med/small apple sliced 57 cal.
1 oz. cheddar cheese in slices 110 cal.
24 oz Water
Total: 167 cal.

Afternoon Snack:
1 Cup low Fat Cottage Cheese 220 cal.
total: 220 cal.

Dinner:
4oz grilled chicken breast 120 cal
1 cup Italian veggies 40 cal
24 oz bottle water
Total: 160 cal.

Evening Snack:
stick of cheese 70 cal.


Daily Total: 867 cal.

It was a good day.

Day Two

Yesterday was rough. I didn't feel well all day so I did no exercise. I stayed with my food diary though and did pretty well calorie wise.

Brekfast:
1 cup special K 120cal.
1/4 Cup fresh blueberrys 21Cal.
1/2 Cup 2% Milk 80Cal.

Total: 221 Cal.

Lunch:

Oven roasted turkey 3 slices 50 Cal.
1 slice colby jack cheese 80 cal.
1/2 cup cottage cheese 110 cal.
7 tortilla chips 140 cal.
Salsa 10ca.
24 oz. bottle of water

Total: 390cal.

Dinner:

6'sub club on wheat 350 cal.

Total: 350 cal.

Evening Snack:
3/4 cup special K granola 190cal.
24oz. bottle of water

Total:
190 cal.


Total Calories for day two:

1151 calories.

Day One

Well it is the first day of my new life. I made a bet with my 6 year old child that I could not lose 60 Lb. between today and June 22. I know that seems like a lofty goal but being a 5'3 woman that weighs 223lb I need to do some drastic changes in my life. So I will discuss this journey with anyone that wants to read it. If I win he has to wear a dress for a day, and if I lose he gets to eat dessert for lunch.

Day One:
223 lb.

Breakfast:
one 8 oz. glass of water. 0 cal.

Lunch:
One half a baked Potato with bacon, cheese, butter and sourcream 396 cal
a cup of veggie soup 120 cal
and a 16 oz sweet tea 310 cal

Dinner:
Ground chicken taco with cheese 295 cal
one serving of tortillas and salsa 460 cal.
bottle of water.

Total Calories for the day : 1451 cal.
one hour of wii fit step.

Thats if for day one. Tomorrow will be a better day for Calories
